3. Sexual Harassment Committee/Internal Complaints Committee

The Internal Complaints Committee is responsible for investigating every formal written complaint of sexual harassment and taking appropriate remedial measures to respond to any substantiated allegations of sexual harassment.
4. Client Grievance Committee

This committee oversees a structured grievance redressal mechanism, ensuring all client complaints are addressed promptly and fairly. The Grievance Redressal Mechanism within the Company includes registration of complaints and adopts two levels of escalation.
